"Communion" is a photographic series that delves into the intimate relationship between people and nature. Each instalment of this ongoing project is a journey to various natural landscapes, where different bodies are seen in moments of connection with their surroundings.Through these images, "Communion" serves as both an observation and a documentation of how diverse bodies interact and harmonise within the natural world. Ultimately, it depicts how nature is one.

Eunice Pais is a Portuguese-Mozambican interdisciplinary artist who intricately explores themes of duality and the dynamics of visibility and invisibility through her work in photography, video, and sculpture and fabric manipulation. Working across genres, she recurrently revisits the body as a liminal space for discussion embodied in different materialities such as fabric and metal. Her work has been exhibited internationally in various venues in the UK, Portugal, The Netherlands, and France.
